I managed the construction and fit-out of branded counters and shop-in-shop installations in major UK department stores, including Harrods, House of Fraser, and Debenhams.
I coordinated all aspects of the projects, including:
Working closely with Givenchy HQ teams in France (Retail Architecture, Store Planning and Visual Merchandising)
Collaborating with local UK teams (Retail Operations, Commercial and Department Store Management)
Conducting site surveys and tendering UK-based manufacturers
Overseeing fixture production and installation to maintain brand standards
Managing budget, schedule, and handover, liaising with both retailers and brand teams
All counters and shop-in-shops were delivered operationally ready, on brand, and within budget, ensuring consistency across multiple UK locations and aligning with both retailer and brand standards.
