L’Occitane London Flagship Store
I managed the end of design phase, build and store opening of the L’Occitane Flagship store, located on London's iconic Regent Street. This hybrid space showcased a collaboration between French luxury heavyweights L’Occitane en Provence and Pierre Hermé Paris.
Coordinating works of the Design Agency, Architect, General Contractors and Shopfitters
Mapping the construction planning stages and tracking progress
Organising handover and snagging
Managing budget and timeline, including variations and litigations
Interacting and working in tight collaboration with key stakeholders (Regent Street Association, Westminster Council, L’Occitane and Pierre Hermé Top Executives and Operational Teams).
Beyond my role as Project Manager, I also provided extra support to L’Occitane teams to alleviate for the lack of in-house expertise or resources.
“Hélène is flexible and hands-on if needed. She has a valuable network of experts and professionals around her to support her, and the project, if required. If a company solution or provider fails, she will activate her own contacts and solve the problem.”
